Forum Rules « Thread Started on Dec 5, 2003, 9:14pm »
1. No, flaming. Argue all you want just don't make it personal.
2. No, unauthorized advertisement. Contact me before you make any advertisements in any of our forums. If you post an ad without asking it will either be closed or deleted.
3. No, excessive swearing. This is a public place so try act like you are in public. The swearing isn't necessary to get your point across.
4. No spamming. You only need to post a message once. I understand some multiple posts… maybe the server didn't respond as quickly as you would have wanted, but I will not tolerate spam in any form.
5. Obscenity - i.e., "naughty" pictures, links to pornographic websites, etc. Do not, under any circumstances, post anything related to, or including XXX pictures, links to pornographic websites. This also includes VISUAL representations of profanity, i.e. pictures of folks flipping the bird and such. While things like this might be consider "cool" or "funny" to a few folks this is not the place for them. This is not the intent of the forums whatsoever, so don't even think about it!
6. Don't use derogatory terms, under any circumstances. It is something that is not tolerated at all. No racial epithets, defamation of sexual preference, gender, or affiliations of any sort. Offenders will most likely face a ban. You want to post on the board and be treated like an adult then you sure better learn to speak like one. You can get your post across without having to sound lke you are in the 3rd grade still.
7. No member is allowed to have multiple nicknames, remember your IP is included in every post!
8. No publizing or further sending to other persons of private messages,IMs and similar stuff without the okay of the person who sent it and the person who got it.
9. The restrictions on what armies you can post about in the 40K forums is to keep the discussions related to the site since there are many great forums already dedicated to other armies. Check the Links page on the site for more information.
10. If there's a problem or something unclear,please, feel free to contact me before doing something wrong.
